Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Graceful Aging, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, home safety and wellness services.
Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled appointment will not incur any cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full session rate.

Clients who do not provide notice and do not attend their scheduled appointment ("no-show") may be charged the full session fee.
Single Session Services
For individually scheduled services:

Payment is due at the time specified by Graceful Aging, LLC.

Refunds will not be issued for completed services.

If Graceful Aging, LLC must cancel an appointment and is unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, any prepaid fees for that appointment will be refunded in full.
Packages and Prepaid Services
For prepaid service packages:

Unused sessions may be eligible for a prorated refund upon written request.

Any sessions already completed will be charged at the standard individual session rate before calculating any refund.

Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.

Graceful Aging, LLC reserves the right to deduct any discounts or promotional pricing applied to package purchases when determining a prorated refund amount.
Memberships and Recurring Programs
If applicable:

Memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Charges already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.

Services provided during the current billing period remain available through the end of that period unless otherwise specified.
Exceptional Circumstances
Graceful Aging, LLC understands that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at our sole discretion for circumstances such as:

Medical emergencies

Hospitalizations

Severe weather events
-
Family emergencies
-
Other unforeseen circumstances deemed reasonable by Graceful Aging, LLC
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
