About Sara Sparks-Latimer
PT, DPT - Aging in Place
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tarleton State University and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, skilled nursing, pediatrics, hospital-based care, and home health.
My passion is helping older adults maintain their independence, mobility, and confidence so they can continue living safely and comfortably in the place they call home. I believe the best care starts with listening. Every person has a unique story, goals, and challenges, and I take the time to understand what matters most to each individual and family I serve.
Whether we're working to improve balance, reduce fall risk, recover from an injury, or simply maintain an active lifestyle, my goal is to provide personalized care that is practical, meaningful, and focused on long-term success. I also believe education is an essential part of the process, helping patients and caregivers feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way.
Outside of my work as a physical therapist, I value faith, family, and community. Those same principles guide the care I provide and are at the heart of Graceful Aging's mission: putting the care back in healthcare.
